Field Training & Operations Supervisor – Landscape & Snow Services

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Field Training & Operations Lead who will play a crucial role in training, coaching, and developing our field staff to uphold company standards in quality, efficiency, and safety. This individual will be hands-on in the field, setting the example and enforcing policies while building a strong, cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-field training to new and existing crew members across landscaping and snow operations
  • Lead by example to reinforce high standards for work quality, safety, and efficiency
  • Assist in developing and enforcing field-level company policies and procedures
  • Train staff on proper equipment use and maintenance
  • Promote and uphold a team-based culture with a focus on accountability and performance
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Communicate effectively with management and crew to ensure daily goals are met
  • Identify training needs and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
  • Monitor field operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Have snow experience operating large snow equipment (tractors and loaders)
  • Support salt operations by leading, scheduling and calling out

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping and/or snow removal
  • Valid G Driver’s License (required)
  • Strong knowledge of plant, tree, and turf care
  • Proficient in LMN (Landscape Management Network) software
  • Chainsaw operation certification
  • Valid Pesticide Applicator License
  • Skilled in operating a variety of landscaping and snow equipment (and ability to train others)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and build successful teams
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
